He had 56200 health before taking the potion which grants 30% increase in vitality, his health should have capped at 73060 based on my calculations.

I enjoy the read but only with a brains off situation, because sometimes I'm just like WTF?

Understand potion effect was pointless, the enhanced stamina award from the quest is what mattered. Specifics of what it did? I'll never know because that entire section was nonsense.

I do however understand his stamina was enhanced. Still confused how he has such high stamina though.
