The manager is claiming the teams' achievements as said to the previous chapter thats why the team info or project info is hidden to the members of the tean so that he can manipulate them but mc already knew this since this is not the first time he gone through the situation.

The one who is following the mc is most likely the scammer bunches that mc encountered on the first few chapter after returning to the past and the one he encountered when he saved the old rich lady. They are probably tailing him to retaliate since they lose much on him.
