Yes, more willpower works. Every time. Just shrug off what got you before.

"I still haven't told him anything yet...!"
Probably nothing important. Bad connections happen all the time without affecting any vital flow of information at all.

Got a bigger gun.

They're a bit early highlighting that of course he only has one shot. It's goddamn Robin Hood. More chances aren't his game.

Normally, my rational mind would think the laws of physics would cause that arrow to drop like a rock mid flight, but then I remembered this is a fantasy world.
Depends on whether it retains its momentum or velocity. If it's the latter it would just fly straight.

Seeing comments about how humorously unphysical the arrow seems, at least one can say that it is “magic”, but still ridiculous anyway.

Talking about “realism”…
How our MC is unharmed from a cannonball impact to the golem directly behind him is I would say even more unphysical. He can hear just fine and his ears wasn’t ringing after an explosion occurred very close to him.
Also, somehow no shrapnels touched him considering the cannonball seemed to explode on impact nearby (or shrapnel from the golem if the cannonball had gone through perfectly).

I’ll just think of it as shrapnels have not been implemented on this patch kind of thing. :ROFLMAO:

Thanos: "Foolish, Astaroth... Robin was aiming for the head, but because you enlarged the arrow and increased its mass, it hit Bunne's torso instead due to the arrow getting heavier along the way and got even more pulled down by the gravity..."

I was thinking he'd enlarge the arrow after it hit the lizardman, not mid-flight even if it's at the last second. Magic magics, physics need not apply, but I think post-hit enlargement would've been cooler and more brutal.
....then why didnt he just enlarge the golem so it toppled and crushed the enemy's army?
for a character that's supposed to be a super genius, he is routinely shallow in his thinking
Probably harder to do on hostile targets or something.

Hmmm, if the arrow increased in size but not in mass, wouldn't it have a lot less penetrating power as the kinetic energy is distributed over a larger impact area? And if both volume and mass increased, wouldn't it's velocity decrease in order to conserve momentum?
