Ah yes let's try to convince the crowd to stay by talking..... yeah no we humans have monkey brains and you ain't an absurdly handsome man nor a woman for people to simp on so that won't work as it'll be the equivalent a like Ted talk vs a live concert on the street from a semi-known female singer; no contest the singer usually wins... tho idk why it'd do here during a music event, like there'll be people who'd record that busking so I'd see people more likely to stay but idk enough in this specific scenario to say heads or tails....
Anyways MC's decision here to have the person sing a fairly relavent song is a great one, but it can somewhat be considered upshowing the host of the event...
And another thing, why would a fairly compotent and decently known singer do a street concert infront of a music event? Like it'd be more ok if they weren't as known or weren't backed by someone, but... this is just asking for alot of trouble in the near future, like no joke, do this in America and you'd be denied alot of future jobs.
