What an idiot for a politician. Probably brought the taser as backup since his goons were usually enough to deal with people. Granted a contact taser will knock the wind out anybody's sails by sending an electric charge through the body overloading the nervous systems which uses controlled charges to send signals to the body to do things like move, breath, etc. Problem is that you have to be close enough to touch the target with it meaning if their reach is long can get a blow in before stunned, or if they're smart grab the person with the taser so the electricity will spread to them too causing both attacker and target to get tased for a double TKO. Should use a taser that shoots out the barbs from a distance rather than a point blank stunner. Would be really funny if the charge on that thing helps MC raise his cultivation, although likely to have no effect since was using household electricity to raise cultivation to point where a standard lightning bolt wasn't enough for him. In any case, why do all these guys spoil their kids rotten, act surprised when said kids get in trouble from their hubris, and then want to smash whoever beat their kid up without holding their kid responsible for their own wrongs? At least the sister of the bar had the sense to punish her brother and chastise him for borrowing another's name and power without permission and knew to apologize.
