From the research I attempted to do, Cheol-Myeon translates to "Iron Face". It seems to have different meanings depending on the context, but the one that makes most sense here is of it that I found is: "someone with a very stoic and unwavering demeanor".

Basically he's a very tough guy on practically everyone. (Except Jin Dojun, of course.)
