I finally understood what's going on in this chapter.

After reading this translation, I think Alpha isn't just trying to support the other AI. She's actually covering all her bases and trying to get the hang of Akira. Her long term goal is to prevent failure of her mission. No. 498 failed because of lost of trust near the end of the mission. Giving all options and possibilities is probably her effort to prevent something like that from happening.

So I gave the other group's chapter a read (after yours though) and then went to their comments.
I counted like 17 comments about the quality or topics other than the chapter which received even dozens of reactions (but you probably saw them).

Please do it at your own pace, a few days is alright to wait.

He seems to be switching translators over and over just to pump it out and finish asap (not really likeable trait), quality aside, and even after him "fixing the translation" it still contains errors and is barely readable.
Like what does it mean he wants to get 50 million? He is supposed to pay 50 million wth.

I mean as sus as she is she also right our boy needs to know how to think to for himself this is a good opportunity. And again while we know she has some sort of end goal to do that she has outright stated to do that she needs him to be a good a hunter as possible so on that front she is being truthful.

She is very manipulative as well, here she first appealed to his reason so that he had a way to rationalize his decision to follow Alpha's suggestions. But the real reason he accepted was superstitious.

For now, this isn't really a problem, but if their respective objectives clash in the future, she will be in a strong position.
