So like, do you want rom-coms that run for a bit, have a confession, and continue? Or are manga that start with the confession also fine?

If its the former, (apart from Misaki), the only manga I have in mind that fits is Henjo. It's been a while since I read them so my memories are fuzzy, but Meika and Handsome Girl & Sheltered Girl might fit. There's also Tadokoro; they bang (hotly)

If the latter is fine, My Girlfriend is Devilishly Sweet is great. I'd recommend it higher, but the ending hits you like a truck and just is not very satisfying.

Imaizumin has surprisingly mature romance (considering it's "roots").

Chichi Chichi... well, it's... something. Main dude gets a titjob basically every chapter, and the setting grows ever more batshit insane, yet I don't feel like the romance is forgotten like in many other rom-coms. All around a weird series.
