Apollo tends to get mashed up with Helios in a lot of things, especially popular fiction.

The thing with Polytheism is that overtime, certain gods pretty much just hijack other gods, as Appolo's cult grew, he kinda took more and more 'titles' and overlapped with a bunch of other divinities.
