Dayum Jack showing heracles the Human way of fighting , reminds me of Netero's fight against mereum ... good one.

Also brunhilde is terrible. She started/raised the fight because of her valkyrie brethern's survival and now she's ready to sacrifice them for humans. smh.

And the scissors were shown to be able to cut through steel like butter because he touched it with the gloves. Just because whatever he touched became able to kill gods doesn't mean that their durability was as strong as the other human participants' weapons. The scissors and the knives he threw were shown to be destroyed. It is likely that since the true weapon is the gloves, only the gloves are truly as strong as the other participants' weapons.
Think of it as, whatever the glove touches massively shoots up in strength to the point of being able to kill gods however the durability of said touched items remain the same (or maybe they also get harder but clearly not as indestructible as the Valkyrie weapons).

I think people get the wrong idea that Jack's forced volund is because of strength/spiritual power. He just used his eye's power to align his own emotions with those that Hlokk was feeling to form a volund

Even to this day, Jack the Ripper seems to be the only one to have truly used the Volund to its full potential. Tesla came close, but turning literally everything on the arena into a god killer is clearly the ultimate move.
Which explains why the author didn't use the trick twice, naturally. But yeah...Heracles never had a chance here.
