You know what's better than a logically written, sensibly evil character? One who's either the main character or a major villain.

You know what's even better than that? Both at the same time.

And even better? The evil of one shocks the other character, and the evil of the other would shock the one if he wasn't mindfucked to ignore it.

Goddamn does this dynamic tickle my nuts in a good way.
