Yeah, that is sadly a weakness these street tuff types often have. A willingness to take damage is necessary for combat sports, but taking too much pride in it will always catch up to you eventually. No matter how good your chin is at first

I think Hachiya has the upperhand, he's got both great stricking and wrestling. While Nueji seems to rely too much on his strong chin, which is bound to break eventually if he doesn't defend properly, especially against someone like Hachiya who is known for his scary punching power. I'm still rooting for Nueji though.....

Actually, I think Nueji might win. Unlike Hachiya, we haven’t really seen Nueji shine, even though he was the runner-up in the MMA Koshien against Kenshin. He also seems to have trained in takedown defense, and with his durability, this is the first opponent Hachiya hasn’t been able to take down, even after landing a clean shot. I don't think Hachiya's tactics will be as polished as Nueji’s since he's not used to fighting someone who can take his hits.

I'm rooting for Hachiya though he's one of my fav characters 😭
