I wonder if him beating Yamamoto could lead into Aoba fighting one of the Four Bantamweight Kings since i believe Kenshin will be fighting Orima sooner than later
It's not really hate; Aoba just isn't a marketable fighter, yet he's been taking down popular fighters like Hachiya and Musuke, ruining their "Hero Story". Since Aoba doesn't have any star potential or popularity he is somewhat seen as the antagonist of the MMA scene (grappling isn't as entertaining for most people to watch, which is also true in real-life MMA), the owner is just being spiteful, but he isn't trying to "expose" Aoba.
