In peerless dad, Noya's daughter asks him if he got younger, to which he answers that he indeed has seen improvements in his body after he awoke. Later, when they show him disappear to the world of Red Storm, you can see that, during flight, his hair colour changes to black. So yes, he got younger. Either as a result of achieving a new level of power, or as a gift from the god to help him with his mission in Red Storm.
