Where's the chapters? Why have the vol. cover art but no chapters? Is there no one willing to translate this into English? I'm really wanting to read this after reading the description about the story

The setting itself is as simple as it gets, but the premise is very refreshing - it's cute, it deconstructs some prevalent tropes in a shoujo manga and it makes a healthy use of the Rashomon style storytelling. The art is not what you'd expect in a shoujo manga as the author is a hentai artist... Which is actually by no mean a bad thing.

Ever since the big names in the hentai scene started going mainstream by producing manga or illustrations for light novels, we've all seen how they differ from a lot of the mainstream manga artists and illustrators in how they could portray the human body in motion and anime-style human proportions better than them. That, coupled with the pleasant surprises we get whenever we recognize certain artstyles and our brains just flare up trying to justify how and why Asanagi of all people decided to dip into the mainstream scene with the illustrations for Orc Eroica light novel. It still blew my mind to this day.

Wait, what was I talking about?

Ah yes, this manga is definitely worth a read if you're looking for an unconventional shoujo manga where the heroine isn't a villainess in the manga's standpoint and the plot doesn't explicitly goad you into hating a certain character to the point of wishing for their demise. It's a lighthearted and fun read.

Also, thanks for translating this manga!

This manga isn't bad, it just seems pretty straightforward to me.

The MC is harassed and schemed against, but simply ignores it because she's a magical powerhouse.
I do adore a magical powerhouse, but the MC is playing on easy mode to the extent that the plot suffers because she doesn't need to make any schemes or even take her opponents seriously. It feels like the author is taking it easy.

The mix-up romance is pretty one-note, too, and it bothers me that all the dragon people have the same horns and just... pretty much never take on a dragon form. Major worldbuilding fail.

I just feel that everything this does, Villainess Level 99 does better, more intelligently, and with more style.
I guess this manga has more shoujou vibes and pretty dresses if you're into that?
I give this a 6/10; good for killing some time.

It's an okay manga. The MC is really cute, and I love the way the artist draws her.

As for the story so far, it's aight. Doesn't deserve the low score it has on Mangadex, though.

This is a very good Shoujo manga. The characters are likeable and antagonist arent nonsensically evil. Each person has their motto and character.

The fmc has a very well reserved character with unique powers in terms of utility but not really good in combat. She tends to solve everything methodically and maturely that's why the misunderstanding romance seems charming rather than dumb.

I would give this a 9/10.

I don't know why people are criticizing this so harshly as while most other Shoujo manga heroine are brain dead and dislike/ignore the ML for no/dumb AF reason. While here she does everything with proper justification.

Bro somebody said Villainess lvl 99 does everything this does but better. Is that guy on acid? That manga is a one trick pony. A phony cheap copy of OP protagonist in a Shoujo format. I mean even the character archetypes are exact opposite, seeing the pov from the dumbass(the fmc from V lvl99) is so infuriating compared to this where the ML is the dumbass. Not to mention here ML gets continuous reparations for his reckless behaviour while the Fmc from V lvl99 doesn't get any reproach because she's a Shoujo protagonist.

When you mention the artist's history of works, I felt disturbed. Then I look into the artist's history of works I was shocked as hell. What the hell Yasu! You can draw cute vibe when your other works are disturbed as hell!?
