It is, but it also makes a certain amount of sense; it's not like a copier can copy the contents of a page that's face-up, after all.

Besides, the whole premise of his ability is that it's trash tier and he's only winning because of his own qualities (and, ya know, occasionally cheating), so it's going to have drawbacks.

Plus, it could be worse, he could have to physically touch the person to copy their skills and he could be limited to just 3-4 copied skills at a time.
