I hope she does get up, purely because I want our MC to do something, literally anything that isn't just tank a hit. My biggest gripe with this manga is that there's so much cool stuff to play with the MC's abilities and he's done next to nothing.

I want him to steal a talent from her because he hasn't used it for years at this point. His kit certainly isn't lacking, but it seems like a waste to go up against someone that is essentially a better version of him and not take at least one talent for himself. I know he won't though, because he can't steal using that arm currently.

Agree,MC almost never use his talent but stealing her ability would be very good twist

re-reading this, yep gale definitely got nerfed or intentional losing, because either side completely forgot about her conceptual talents and countermeasures:

on page 2 if gale use the one that cut consciousness they'd both (toya and haito) got hurts, since they're standing still (which countermeasures is keep moving)


on page 7-8 she might as well use ego combo instead of just jump to safe area then cancelled and heal (since she's the only one beside picusso talent that could move during that time), same on page 12, 16

#1 they dealt with her Ego ability already so she stopped using it in terms of story flow her continuing to spam it is very pointless #2 shes on her last legs just realized Alex betrayed her and is basically foaming at the mouth clearly the perfect time to make rational decisions.

When it comes to these things, you have to assume the limitations even if they're not flat out said. You can easily guess that there's a cooldown to her ability, otherwise it would be completely unstoppable. She wouldn't even need to have done all of this mastermind stuff, she'd be able to dogwalk literally ANY returner with ease.
