So this is another adaptation, the WN started back in 2019, is completed with 274 chapters / 7 Arcs and this had a different title as a WN, it got changed when its sole LN volume was published in 2020, so the manga adaptation used that one instead of the original one, there is no translation for either that i could find

Well, here's the kicker. Why the hell is Bash level 5 a Swordsmanship skill after 3 years of school? Would expect Slash if it's taught correctly, not the blunt weapon staple Bash (or shield derivative Shield Bash).

It's an interesting take on isekai/reincarnation that he has simply reincarnated as himself, in his own world, but with a few changes - but I somehow doubt it'll do anything particularly interesting with it.
Like imagine if he used previous life information to trade stocks, or invest in certain tech, etc., on top of aiming to become an adventurer - making for an interesting mix of genres... but I doubt anything like that is going to happen.

On top of that, why make it so he was so engulfed with the idea of becoming the "fist king" (lol), only to give up on that immediately and use a mace in this world? Why even bring up his obsession with the fist, if you're going to make him give up on that?

based on what I read on the web novel, it seems he need to train on other weapons first to get and level up the skills related to that weapon. Like the "bash" he learned from the club weapon, he was able to use the same skill using a sword.

Eh, at least is not someone with OP ability that is given to him in silver platter (for now). I'd take someone that's op because of the knowledge of the game rather than randomly got 100 op skills by doing basically nothing.
