Medicine kissing in manga never made sense to me. What is it about having lips touch makes the other person subconsciously swallow?? It's nonsense really. Just hold their mouth open to pour it in. Not only that but there really was no reason for the prince, of all possible people, to be the one to give medicine to her alone in a room. There should be maids watching over her 24/7 as a sick noble kid. Not to mention a doctor being in charge of any medicine. Ridiculous all around.
