All I could think was that Liz is either fake, or an absolutist. Which is probably worst, since those types are crazy, the world is black and white types. That means Liz could easily become the villain by just framing things in s self righteous way against "evil".

This is a good way to make the otome heroine unlikeable, beside from being reincarnated by some dumbass. This heroine, by nature, is absurdly immature and with her brain on the cloud.
I suppose it's the players who make the heroine to meet events to overcome and become mature. But right now she's on her own, surrounded by simps, and has zero events to make her mature. Even when the villainess and her servant got beaten that bad, she's still like that. I think she's probably a lost cause.
