If it's something you have to stop and think about, it's not going to normalize anything. Most readers don't see her as 13; they see her as a reincarnator with the combined age she has. That's how the story treats her for the most part.

It's also just not how things work. It's like how video games don't normalize violence. People can figure out the difference between fiction and reality, and the exceptions who can't have other more severe issues to deal with anyway.

There are are morally wrong things in fiction all the time. Often on purpose. That's what a lot of people use fiction for. Exploring things that aren't possible or morally correct in real life. See any revenge plot, tons of action stories, romances, porn, comedies, and what else.
