Yeah.. seems like an intentional choice so the author could squeeze out a loss for the US somehow. You'd think military training would mean tactical, especially when the guy goes all "i must exterminate the targets" when he snaps.

I don't care to continue this. I'd love to see some kind of victory for the states in stuff like this.
