@Whatever1337 Basically think of a combination of probably steroids, PCP, and possibly viagra considering one of those guys had 3 wives. They also probably added demon blood in that shit considering they use that to make god soldiers.

For some reason, I am bothered by Nightingale, or rather her design: when she was introduced she seemed...graceful, proud, confident, but somewhere along the way she went from that to "yet another pretty girl" kind of design, and overly happy-go-lucky attitude. Because of that this battle just feels like author went "oh, right, almost forgot - she is [somewhat] badass", like some sort of attempt at character recovery.

Feels like nightingale took unnecessary risks if she during the luring-phase remained stationary long enough for them to shoot her head off with arrows. Now, she was lucky the guy missed alongside the minor dodge she managed to do in time, but it was really way too close to be considered safe. Should have just popped up at times, but gone away before they even had time to loose arrows.

@Whatever1337 Lets say if you took Doping, Steroids and some PCP along with demon blood/witch blood for mixing ingredients and you got that pills.
Extremely powerful for short time but the side effect is extremely dangerous like someone who addicted to heroin or cocaine too much (cant be cured if OVERDOSE).
The same way they make Holy Soldiers in past chapters where they add some pure crystals with witch blood and injected to their body, anyone who cant stand that will die brutally as for others who can withstand that will be a very strong soldiers which has high resistance against Witches and some conventional weapons. Again, Roland is not stupid and he will make some countermeasures IF they happened to encountered that.

You are referring to the novel author's wife. The person doing the manga might change that up... well we can hope. And if not harem, ultimately choosing the best girl Nightingale instead of Anna is a possibility.

@Shinra_Banshou I agree that Nightingale seemed to get "shortchanged" after her introduction. Seeing her in these last few chapters is a refreshing return to the competent, in control, action girl that first attracted her character to me. Tbh, if I was the MC looking for wife who would be my queen, her package of brains, skill, maturity, and ability to take charge impression we were first given would put her easily at the top of the candidate list.

@Reader1138 and @Shinra_Banshou I totally agree that Nightingale is best Queen but best wife material for the mc is Anna because she clicks with him and has certain amount of knowledge that would make him more attracted to her; besides this adaptation has been shipping them for a while now, I don't mind
