Agree. I kinda thought Kaizaki is the only main character who was good written and immune to the retardation of the rest of the cast. But unfortunately turns out he is the same. At this point I keep reading just to know how it ends, and that's sad, the beginning was interesting and fun.

Are people expecting Kaizaki to be a saint? Just because he's helping everyone doesn't mean he doesn't have worries of his own. He has a f*king trauma after seeing his senpai suicide for goddamn sake!
After being so involved with his friends, knowing that he'll disappear from their memories, if you were in that position, what would you do? It's especially more so that Kaizaki is truly a good guy at heart, that he doesn't want their memories to be empty because he was in them, that he doesn't want to continue that and thought the best solution was to distance himself. Since the very start, he had a high justice that could turn toxic and he's doing that by being sacrificial.
At the end, he's human. Stop treating him like some sort of saint. He has a limit, and he has a breaking point like everyone else. The fact that he held for this long is already amazing and like everyone else in this manga, he just needs support to help him see things right. After he helped others so much, this is the arc that he'll be helped.

How dumb can Arata be to fall for his bait, he knows that he is a troll and that he lies to him 80% of the time, but does he seriously think he is the type of guy to get in a relationship while working with a much younger (in Arata's eyes) and completly inexperienced girl just to disapear from her life by the end of the year?

God, this comic series is so silly. I mean, what kind of threat is that? What, you're going to consentually do all sorts of things with another adult? Are we going to pretend adult women are people's possessions still? Did Arata call shotgun?

Yeah, sure, technically Arata believes Hishiro is ten years younger than both Yoake and Arata himself, but that not being brought up in a comic that is as subtle as a sledgehammer makes it clear that wasn't relevant this time.

this experiment is really dumb, Arata is right, there's no point in getting envolved with them just to get erased after.
