In one of the bonus reports (extra chapters that are included in the manga volumes) that are not translated is heavily implied that Nobunaga has feelings Sumire, the school nurse and Inukai's sister, and that Honoka has feelings for Nobunaga.

So, it seems that Inukai has feelings for Honoka (that is not confirmed but I think it's a fair assumption), Honoka has feelings for Nobunaga and Nobunaga has feelings for Sumire. A love square.

Either Inukai was right and the love relationship is Sumire>Nobu>Tamarai>Inukai, or Tamarai likes Inukai but she thinks he's gay for Nobu, lmao.

I love how this chapter focuses on Honoka and Hishiro. Because I know Kariu has been the one to push Hishiron to growing, Honoka has been very supportive and is her friend too. So Kariu gave that nudge in the previous chapter, Honoka is there to give the push with an incentive and finally push her out of her slump and reflect herself Also Honoka's smile in response to Hishiro's gratitude, so sweet and wholesome!
