I love how this chain that a person's action does not only move themselves forward but also another person indirectly. Because Kaizaki was able to move forward and say all of those things, not only did these words affect the kouhais who were also facing despair after the alienation of the company's malice and let them gain confidence to move, but it also let Yoake take a step forward as well because now that Kaizaki's changing for the better, it shows that he as a support division that he's not a defective that he thought he was when he handled Subject 1 and that his actions and thoughtfulness is actually reaching his subjects. ;U; Ugh I love this manga truly...
