I totally understand Arata un this one.
When I was a kid a "friend" almost chokes me, like, from nothing cause he was angry with another guy. That happened like 10 years ago and I still freak out when someone tries to touch my neck

I know people are taking his "attack" towards Hishiro as a joke and I totally understand. But at the same time, his senpai just strangulated herself literally a year ago. It's still very much fresh in his mind and it does not help that he's completely blaming himself for her death. So his actions (that he did unconsciously) is very much warranted.
