Remove duplicates from recommendations pages

The new recommendations page after the recent chapter is a nice addition but I wish it wasn't recommending me series that don't have any new (non-duplicate) content.

Currently, the series show up in recommendations even if the only new chapter is one that I've read from other scanlators.

@gusto That feature is still in BETA stage so it doesn't work very well. Honestly at the moment, I find it better as a reading experience to just turn it off.
