@Metazoxan You may actually wanna put that in Spoilers. Since people can see my question, your reply basically is...well...a spoiler XD

Re:Monster I actually started the manga. I liked it...quite a bit. To the point that I went onto the WN when I caught up. But yes, between the "daily diary" thing, the fact that many days seemed like a fucking cooking lesson (we hunted this monster, ate it. It was very delicious) AND that it was 100% unrevised MT...I gave up. Maybe I'll just re-take the manga and stay there.

Returnee... It sounded familiar, but as you say, novel (no manganime), so I guess I'm confusing it with some other one that also has "returnee" in the name. It's in my "Plan to Read".
And Friendly Fire added, thanks.

Living cheat... is that manganime or novel? Can't seem to find it in Mangadex.

And added Nidome.

Thanks for the recommendations. Question, tho, for the ones not finished yet. It's a CLEAR harem? Meaning, since I was asking for the "harem ending", so everyone gets the happy ending and stuff. Even if it's not ended yet, if the MC is already "getting it on" with multiple girls (like Re:Monster) you can pretty safely assume poly ending. But if the only Harem thing is the fact that there are multiple women, with nothing really happening, well...maybe it will, maybe it won't.
Know what I mean?
Returnee and Friendly Fire are both ended, if I understood correctly. Not sure about Living Cheat, and Nidome definitely not.

@Tatherwood Everything I listed is confirmed true harem Except maybe Isekai Shoukan wa Nidome Desu. But it was on a list of "true harem" so assuming the person didn't make false assumptions when adding it to the list ... I guess so. Also Nidome has ended for the novel.

But a little Clarification on "stop Friendly Fire"
Although again "Stop Friendly FIre" has kind of a weak harem element. The MC is also a skeleton so there isn't exactly "getting it on" by the end. But it is implied that not only are multiple girls interested in him but they've more or less agreed with each other so accept a harem arrangement. Again the author was apparently trying to avoid writing a harem but couldn't help himself but slip one in after all. So although it's there you can tell the author didn't build the plot around it. Still it counts and the overall novel is still a good read even if not the most satisfying from a "true harem" perspective.

@Metazoxan Well, let's assume that the person who made the True Harem list for Nidome had read the novel and therefore had actual knowledge, and didn't just base it on the manga. Although if it's like Kanojo mo Kanojo, 2 chapters would be enough XD

Alright, thanks for all ^^

Living Cheat, tho? Is it a novel, then? Cause as mentioned, can't seem to find it here.

@Tatherwood Yeah novel only. FYI basic set up is you have this guy who loves grinding in games for the sake of grinding.

One day a fairy like being appears saying he's been granted access to a system that lets him level up by grinding designated tasks. These tasks can range from "kiss a girl" to "dig and fill in a hole" and doing the task earns exp for that level. So like say kissing a girl gives 20% exp then kissing 5 girls equals a level up and each level has it's own task.

MC is really happy because he's borderline insane in his determination to grind and will do even the most tedious of task for days if it means a level up.

The issue with this novel IMO is that ... again the MC is kind of a moron. There are times where he loses a fight and somehow doesn't think he needs to focus on leveling up and .... he loses again later. There is just a long period it feels like he's making terrible decisions. It still has charm overall so I'd still say check it out.

Oh wait I just remembered another novel you might like
Monster Musume Harem wo Tsukurou! (Let's Make a Harem of Monster Girls)

Title kind of says it all. The plot is rather simple and it has a rushed ending. But it develops enough to deliver on it's promise in a fairly satisfying manner. Just don't expect much from the overall plot and enjoy what it does give you. Overall I enjoyed it enough to say I was happy I read it.

@Metazoxan Thanks for all the recommendations. Thing is, I was kinda expecting manga rather than novels 🤔
Not that I don't appreciate it, mind you. But right now I'm in a manga bingefest, and also... Well, novels are sometimes a pain. LN are often hard to find, cause the license issues. But WN tend to be trash (which makes sense, it's LITERALLY "everyone can write a webnovel, even the most talentless guy"). It gets cleaned up in LN/manga, but WN itself is trash even if the idea is good (again, Re:Monster for reference?)
Also, for whatever reason, manga fansubs tend to be okayish to good, on average. WN fansubs tend to be unrevised MT to subpar, on average.
Really not all that inviting, more often than not.

A funny enough series that keeps the plot going fast enough while giving character development.

The premise began quite funny, a cupid and yandere loving the same person, it did lead to better chuckles than most other shounen harem has for me. The story went out of its way most times to treat itself as a light comedy. It peaked during moments of character development, as the developments allowed each character to confront lingering pains and move on. The arcs of Akua and Shikimi were particularly moving.

Unlike most other harem manga, this has a true harem ending. This immediately elevates the weaker parts of the series by virtue of a good ending. By no means is the ending ideal, but within the context of other harem series it is very good.

By no means is this a great series. In that vein, there is no great true harem series because of how hard it is to build great characters for every member of a large cast. This series also slows down around chapter 30 onwards, so this can't be binged in a single day. That being said its still very good for what it is, a comedy-gag series with good enough character development.

8/10.
