Really makes me question why the setting is an Otome game. Almost makes me wonder if this is mild propaganda trying to up otome game sales trying to say "Hey shonen lovers, games for girls are just as action packed and full of fun gameplay elements you would enjoy."
I am partially kidding, but it really is amusing seeing isekais that are supposed to be in an otome game setting only to not even do anything with that premise as it turns into your typical isekai. So unless the base premise is how much the MC clashes against the nature of the world, then it really doesn't do anything.
For example, The World of Otome Games is tough for Mobs is an example where the story feels very shonen, but the nature of this weird hodge podge of different gaming genre that aren't typical for an Otome game in an Otome game setting at least constantly rears its head in due to the world setting and the cast of antagonists and the intended MC of the otome game becoming the foil for the MC.

But then you have stories like Reincarnated into a School Otome Game as a background male student with cheats and he may as well have just reincarnated into your box standard male oriented dating sim game, as the base premise of it being an Otome game goes right out the window as he begins his sexual conquests as an overpowered supposed mob character who just happens to get it on with everyone by being the super special boy power fantasy.
