Honestly moving right behind the knight shouldn't have been deemed as cheating, she just built the game poorly. I also assume there are moving room shenanigans going on, just to make it extra confusing.

probably have something to do with the odd looking floor, I bet kagiwara noticed something that why she is trying to betray the group
edit: i forgot some people are extra suicidal in this game

honestly there is not much clue
-the crazy girl lost her balance
-the floor tile seems to be hiding something
-the dead duo didnt find the katana girl body in west room
my theory is the
-the knight is in the western room at turn 2, killing the duo but the duo still alive at previous turn with the same trick so the knight logically shouldn't be in northern room turn 1 (unless its a case of administrator noticing the flaw and adjust stuff a bit mid game)
