drama stuff aside, i wonder how many ppl would work together with a replica to make money and such/be successful, tho i guess not helpful if their memories don't 'fuse'(?), but a workplace knowing/not exploiting it aside, taking turns on shifts seems like it'd be helpful or so once they get used to things (or both signing up at the same time pretending to be siblings/twins but one 'quitting' with some excuse or so but it's just switching back and forth)

Wait, how did Replica-chan survive? What's with Sunao's complete personality 180? Who pushed her and why?
she was not a real person to begin with, and Sunao can just summon her replica, Nao as any time she want.
As for why the personality change is because both Sunao and Sanada think their replica didnt feel pain like they do so they kind of treating them like an object not as a human who can feel pain, and it reveal in chapter 10 that replica do feel pain but their sense of resposibility to their original lead them to hide the pain from the original. This come as a shook for both Sunao and Sanada. Both Sunao and Sanada now feel bad for treating them like object hence the change
p.s seem like replica is not a real person but after they was summon they can function like normal human being, and replica seen to be able to keep their memory after they got un-summon and can update their memery with the original after they got summon again not sure about the original though? seem like the original didnt receive the memory of their replica

I am dubious, and also skeptical. I want Sunao to be redeemed, really I do. I just can't quite believe it yet.
I think she just became socially anxious and too dependent on replicas existing (not sure if she would've been a shut in or just going through the motions/dead inside if she was in a 'normal' life story) but i don't think she was necessarily irredeemable/demonic as a brat or so when she was younger or so (tho be nice if the replicas could exist permanently depending on how good their bonds are tho i can imagine there being a big deal about 'rights' and stuff too depending)

Oh yeah, it makes sense from a narrative perspective, as does the sudden turnabout. I'm just experiencing a bit of whiplash over here, is all.

Train station cameras are a thing, there's no way this isn't being investigated as an attempted murder even if there isn't a body.

It's a nice emotional moment, though they really should worry about that murder attempt.
By the way, didn't Nao basically just create new clothes out of thin air when she appeared in Sunao's room? Her uniform was left behind at the station, but she's now wearing pajamas that seemed to have materialized from the one Sunao is wearing. That's curious.

The personality change definitely started since the 1 month disappearance of Nao.

Sunao summoned her again and asked her if she was dating Aki, which Nao at the time said no.

It seems during the 1 month Sunao didn't summon her she realized the effects Nao had.

Nao was her own person, had her own conversations, spent time and made memories with others especially with Aki (at the time they still didn't know Aki was also a replica)

When Sunao was finally force to go to school for 1 months, she probably started to realize this the most with the conversations that probably came that she couldn't follow especially with the club.

And she was shown to have looked and felt guilty for what she did.

Sunao had basically stripped someone of 1 whole month of their life as if she was nothing.

Ever since then, Sunao has only ever been some trying to be more considerate and kind.

So it's not a sudden 180, it was a gradual change, but since we the readers see this story from the pov of Nao we didn't exactly get to see all that.
