Reply with notification

How do I notify a user in the manga section of comments that he gets a reply. I can seem to do it here, but I cannot do it in the comment section.

Seems to work but not in comment section of manga when using other peoples name. What am I do wrong? How do I notify.

What are you talking about you're doing it right? I got both of your pings even the one you edited out in your first post just @ and type the name.
