Especially the way they're playing stock-standard "amazing prince is of course better than the hyper-competent FMC" and "we're just going to forget and ignore how annoying and toxic he's been because it's a date scene, guys" tropes.

God i just wanted her to stop letting him walk all over her. Don't ask him what he's doing, stop him. Don't let him change your shoe, take it and do it yourself.
