I never guessed the reason why he didn't divorced of Karin was because he was thinking his marriage as a plan B if the things don't go well with Sumire what is problaby the same reason why he didn't ended his marriage with Sumire when he was cheating her. I know his main "quality" is his weakness, but this is insane, Karin flirted with anotherman behind his back, lied about money and and he still thinking her as possibility !?

My guess is he connected the "dotes" left by Sumire and was fooled to belive Karin was the blackmailer. Now he is cutting karin's allowance or something like that.

well he already divorced once, kinda hard to go through with it again unless it was someone that was actually committed and could take care of him as opposed to sumire lying and being like "I wont' ask you to leave your wife" or so since im sure irl some 'side pieces' don't demand their partner to divorce b/c it's more convenient


But he knows karin is more direct and wouldn't be passive aggressive versus confronting them both or so, if not just like "you can date my husband but pay me too" or so since there is that affair compensation fee JP has or so (and as far as kippei know they're getting along even if they're not besties/prolly hasn't questioned karin too much to raise suspicion)
