Scam aside i wonder how well these high end matchmaking ones work for ones that are legit versus ceos hiring rental girlfriends/trophy wives as opposed to real relationships but i guess depending on a reputation, might be better to have an appearance of marriage as opposed to a playboy depending on the job/culture (if not the women expected to still be somewhat decent at working and not some average graduate not starting job hunting yet [or maybe this 'shady' version just has rich ppl bidding versus everyone being scammers and not that rich])

lol i guess he's handsome but maybe it's b/c of the art style idk if he rly looks all that much better than kippei/mirai versus being 'better dressed'. the pin is interesting, i wonder if ppl really were wearing those versus sumire having her own plants to make them easier to find if sumire hadn't met them in person yet for whatever reason or hired someone to appear there in case she couldn't reuse the same actor from before (altho if he's rly a ceo hopefully no scandals would damage his own company's rep or whatever)

interesting the secretary agreed so easily but interesting she seems to have dug up more dirt than his own secretary which you'd think would be known/other than family feels like the secretary would be the one cleaning up messes if the ceo is that much of a 'scum'

i'd assume he's rich/influential enough to cover it up tho (then again 'ceos getting away with horrible shit' is a thing that happens in fiction and reality the only unrealistic part is that his direct secretary wouldn't know), unless sumire's 'protag power' made her that good at digging or there was some rumors/info from previous girls like that sugar daddy chat room b/c if he's really a ceo you'd think other than him being a nepo baby he'd wanna avoid any scandals/like i said some other higher up coworker/employee would be 'in charge' of cleaning up after his messes or so (or maybe it's just drugs or so/him flying them outside the country and stranding them or so)

If i remember correctly, he's married to a timid wife who is very traditional, wears kimonos all the time. I think he is somewhat abusive to her, but is more port played as a cheating asshole playboy. The wife also becomes Sumire's ally in order to ruin him. Well, more of a friend than an ally like Mirai or Shibata...

Also i think the secretary doesn't like him because of the wife, that's why he helps Sumire. He might have feeling for her, but take that with a grain of salt. It's been some time, don't remember all the details.

Far i know, this kind of "irl tinder" don't happen so much more in irl because of the scammers. Japaneses still have those arranged dates and if the person don't wanna rely in this kind of thing, they the high end party of this kind of thing.
Rental girlfriend dont exist in my country( i guess is a asian thing) so i can say anything about it.
Prostituition depends of country. In country wich this kind job isn't illegal you will have sites and places and even apps to find a girl or a guy wich suit your "taste". in country wich this kind of thing is illegal they have """hidden places""" and the streets.
Sugar danting have apps, sites and a really heavy filter.

yeah i know 'marriage companies' are a thing, there's even some romcoms like that too although sumire did specifically look for a 'shady' reputation one as opposed to a legit one if not 'this is openly just for swingers/playing around' and lying to karin but not worth the risk in case karin googles the company name or so

altho given the world loneliness issues, scams aside i'd think even a 'friend rental' would be popular. one time i found a 'hugging' site and there was even some yt vids on it but i feel like in america ppl would still raise a brow at that
