Requesting a rundown of comment functions.

I'm still fairly new to using the comment section "or sharing my thoughts online, in general", and as such, it would be of great help to me if someone would be kind enough to tell what can be and cannot be done using the buttons seen above the comments, i.e how can I share pictures/gifs, how to change text size and color, and what should and shouldn't I post - nothing that breaks the rules ofcourse, more like conventions such as spoilering pictures or not using bright text colors all the time-.

Changing text size and color isn't possible. Color used to be possible but was disabled for performance reasons. There's nothing you can't post that isn't listed in the rules.
