I audibly sigh whenever a character starts with this idiocy. Just...why?

So, the Author thought to give the MC resurrection magic because I guess even the illusion of narrative stakes is too much to ask for. Then, in the same chapter, has the MC lament having to reveal said magic to another character. What, MC doesn't have memory wiping magic? That's an oddly specific oversight skillset.

This is scraping the bottom of the barrel in terms of...well, everything. Nothing about this stands out; it doesn't even do the basics well enough be called average. It's just bad.

To everyone being mad at the girl, killing someone you have immobilised and can easily apprehend IS murder.

If you taste a criminal and handcuff him to the floor, if you then proceed to shoot him to death, it's murder. It doesn't matter if he was trying to kill you five minutes ago, you don't need to kill him right now because he's not a threat to anyone after you restrained him. (Unless of course he starts breaking the handcuffs or trying to attack you while cuffed, of course.)

That doesn't mean that is necessarily wrong, but the law may disagree.

Now, killing the guy and reviving him in order to fix a curse is a special case, since that's not intending to harm, but just cure the guy.
