Even without him seeing the MC make the pills here(though, with how quickly he responded back then, and how he knew what was going on, he was probably there to see/hear it happen, anyway)...he still ordered all those Alchemy ingredients and delivered them to the Alchemy Lab/Room for him. Wouldn't take much figuring out after that...
