@topa that was him as Specter who also seems to have a lot of enemies, now hes a lvl1 and is not going by the Specter name obviously if he needs to be laying low thats the best way to do it

I mean, it's a version of the standard semi-isekai genre setup where the MC goes back in time but with future knowledge, or reincarnate 200 years later and everyone is weak and ignorant compared to the past mages, etc etc. Got to always have megaman start out with just the blaster (and a cheat skill).
