To be honest to many people in this world get away with shit they shouldn't, mainly due to having their pockets lined with cash or having their hands in other peoples pockets. Their needs to be stricter regulations and punishments for the wealthy and influential. But that man needs to die no if ands or buts.

i skimmed some raws, it might take a while

police tend to not do much even tho some ppl do get arrested, risky to do something yourself when you know they're prolly armed even without a rich daddy bailing them out [unless they get a mob huge enough to turn the whole city against them, bc media and machine guns aside they'd run out eventually but idk if like a thousand ppl would sacrifice their health/life aside to take down one group of assholes versus getting the yakuza involved], tho if this was a diff story i can imagine another detective trying to track down uramin (so far someone who more or less knows who she is but not part of the 'team' is one of those debt collector workers)

It is a bad thing. Guy isn't thinking clearly and doesn't have a plan when he needs a surefire way to do it, not get incriminated and completely dispose of the evidence.

It's a bad thing because this innocent dude doesn't deserve to go to prison for killing a scumbag. His poor wife will also be alone with him being in prison, making that scumbag impact her further and ruining her. I can understand the feeling tho.
