The venom potency of this giant centipede (which I assume to be scolopendra subspinipes) is more like certain wasps, with the known fatality coming from a 7 year old girl of dubious health status who was bitten on the head (with the ToD coming after 29 hours). The bite and venom are excruciatingly painful but a single one against an adult human isn't really too dangerous outside of possible infections.
The whole wheelbarrow of them though...yep, that'll shut down them organs.
