I also dont think that she is dead but i think he said that as a lie to dolores to not worry her. Same face maybe demon just copied it without killing idk we will see what is it. Also it feels kinda ok because we didnt see camyu even ones after some point of the story maybe its like that bc story is relatively new and has only 89 chapters.
