@BlackElite We're close, but not just yet! the anime ends on chapter 72. But anyways, not every chapter is completely adapted to the anime, so we recommend reading it from the start ^^

Hey there, here's your local friendly translator, in case anyone sees this, I just wanted to update all of you a little bit.
So first of all, today I finished the English scripts, till the end, so yeah we plan on finishing the manga, now we just need to typeset them and everything (Props to the team, because they're the best at what they do, I'm lucky to be working with them).
Secondly, starting from chapter 104 we'll be uploading some short four-panels from the series that are being published in some local information short magazine from Niiza, where they kinda explain how shooting as a sport works, not just air rifle, anyways it's just to promote the sport for the olympics (Hopefully they don't get cancelled) but they're fun and they're cute, so we'll be uploading them as extras in chronological order according to when the chapters from the main serialization were released. They'll also continue after we upload the final chapter, so don't forget to not delete the series from your bookshelves if that's what you usually do, for some reason. We also don't know how many more there will be, it actually just resumed from a short hiatus not long ago, here's the link in case you can read 日本語 https://www.city.asaka.lg.jp/site/olympic/olypara-rib11.html (There are no spoilers from the main story I think).
Also you probably noticed, but we're gonna be uploading chapters in batches now, probably every week or every two weeks, and we'll upload the amount of chapters we would normally upload in that span of time, for the most part.
And last but not least, and this is somewhat important: the volume versions of the last chapter and the second to last chapter are longer than their magazine versions, so if for some reason you read the manga in Japanese you can: ①Buy the volume and read those chapters ②Just wait until we get there ③Download Young Jump's app (ヤンジャン), collect some juicy free points or buy them, and read the volume versions there, since they upload the chapters from the volume once it comes out (Not the extras though).
There's also a special one-shot that got published along with the issue no45 of the Young Jump in 2019, it's about the animation it got, though It contains spoilers for the last volume so don't read it if you haven't read at least the first quarter of the last volume. You can read it for free on the app I named on the last point if you look for ライフル・イズ・ビューティフル 出張特別読切, or get the 45th issue of that year, it's nowhere else.
If you took the time to read everything then I love you, and also you probably noticed that I lack synthesising skills (my teachers say the same thing), if you have any questions about rifle just message @Shiden570 and I'll answer, I'm pretty sure only Salmiakki sensei and Kanejou-san (their editor) know more about the series than me (ofc that's not true, but I know a lot regardless).
