It wouldn't be so bad if the site at least showed you updates for manga tagged "pornography" even if you have those unchecked as long as you're following them. I only knew the rating for this got changed thanks to Mangaupdates.

having clear genitalia (in this case, pubic hair or even more detail (I forget)) is enough for the pornographic label from what I've seen, so yea, that's where this might be coming from (many of the bonuses are just making the panties mesh, showing her pubic hair/vagina, so yea)
