I think this is the ugly dichotomy of gender equality; both sexes have power over one another, and only the weak ones are the taken advantage of.

As a man myself, I know the power one man can do to force himself over a woman, may it be physical or sexual. Then women, can easily manipulate a man using her sexuality, frailness, and emotion

That's why I like stories like this, it shows the ugliness of both sexes, but still give hope to the weak that we shouldn't give up.

I mean there's no way that he walks into the room in the hotel with her in that scenario. Surely he at least is instantly on edge at the suggestion given the situation he knows he's in?

A battered teenage girl would certainly activate every protective instinct but man even with a seeming certainty you've found the spy you don't immediately give the other girl a pass. Or at least you recognise the risk to your marriage is going to be dire just off entering the hotel.

The mother's presence surely wasn't enough to risk everything. Ah well, it's clearly accelerating everything to likely spill out into the open from this incident. Kokone's ominous words and the chapters left make it seem even more so.

Now it is a race towards the end of the first seires in the following 5 chapters; I always liked the First Case's cast better and wish it was a little longer than 3 Volumes. The Second Case being 7 Volumes long didn't seem as interesting to me.

I mean the events of the story are absurd to a level where I think it'd be extremely out there to link it to real life if you ask me. Like it's no big secret that even making a true accusation of SA will result in an extreme backlash, especially if the accuser is a girl. You'll be undergoing immense scrutiny, even having to re-live the experience in court with other people now witnessing.

Like, sure, in theory it'd be possible to ruin an innocent person's life by falsely accusing them of SA. In practice, the accuser will undergo far worse treatment by the court of public opinion than what the accused will go through, regardless of the veracity of the claims.

On top of that, this girl is a minor, and this whole thing is her job!? Yeah right! There's no fact or truth here; It's all completely detached from reality.
