It's been six months since the fifth volume was released and I read it, but I don't remember anything being too egregious about it. There might be slight differences in names from what the TL groups used, but that's not much of a surprise. I think there were a few times where more localized phrases were used, which can take you out of the immersion if that's important to you. Lastly, I don't remember there being any censorship over what was in the original, so no random black bars or inexplicable breasts with no nipples. If you're curious, just give the first volume a look through to see if it's something you wouldn't mind (I'm sure you can find them somewhere).
