The thing is, as far as i can remember, the seven seas translation is garbage, with a lot of misspelled terms and stuff for a heavy text manga like this one. I don't mind waiting for a good translated chapter like Toor always brings to the table, but some people is impatient haha. And for the guys who want to read a manga with a f*cking ton of text mtl'ed, yeah good luck with that, most of the mtl scans don't even do a spelling check, just like the one that sniped 2lvl kara a few days ago xD

Not just a heavy text manga. A politically-heavy, heavy text manga. Where every single word is being judged by characters in-universe, and can affect the course of the nations within. There's been more than one occasion in past chapters where the specific way something has been said has been just as important as the meaning of the sentence as a whole, if not more important.

Good try I guess, but try not to skip chapters, I doubt the manga is published and officially accessible in every English speaking country in the world. (this makes me a hypocrite, since I skipped chapters in the one manga I scanlated, out of lazyness )

This 'group' has been digging for manga that are a couple months behind, except for a few exceptions that seem like active snipes. Either way, they're opportunists looking for decently popular manga to shovel on their site. All of their content is AI based one way or another. Scan is MTL'ed, cleaned and typeset with AI, credits page is genAI (with the most IP-infringing possible content which is pretty typical of what lowest denominator genAI users like to go for).

And even their site is built using AI. Besides peeking the page source, you can tell because ad-blockers easily block the simple ad-pixel based redirect built into the site. Which is on practically every single manga page btw.


On a side note, I do find it interesting, though not surprising, that people easily catch on to some or all of that on some series (like here). While for certain other series, either nobody has noticed or is interested who's scanlating and at what quality. It makes me think this group could target a little better...there's definitely series on MD where the readership aren't exactly highbrow or care enough about those things. But that might be too much effort for folks leaning this much on AI.

I'm glad I wasn't the only one who thought that. I only skimmed the official release's previous volumes cause I already read the fan versions earlier, but trying to raw dog it just doesn't cut it.

Which is against the rules. Report if if you think it's true. I can't say for other manga, but of the ones I read that he's put out chapters for he's not skipped ahead like this before. Pretty annoying.

I typically don't have a problem with letting anyone upload regardless of quality, but skipping chapters is a pet peeve.
