That was a very...nothing...of a chapter.

Probably for a more "prestigious" / escalator school they would have them.
I got a little eureka...and if this the older brother Risa fiancee all along? or too cliche?

I see, as Elementary rarely have those, those are for HS and some case Middle

Normies go Explode :slap:

Typical Asian Household in a nutshell, some parents even compare their child to the neighbor child
Even in primary school a CLASSMATE had parents that compared her to me and im literally just considered a little smarter than average 💀

Asian competitiveness is fucked up ngl

you don't always realize your fuck ups as a parent so i can't blame her
nah i still give her some fault, and i've been in MC's position plenty of times, parents may not understand, but that doesn't excuse the pain. the key point is to learn from your fuck ups, if you don't learn, you're bound to repeat them.

Well ig to learn, they'd need to be confronted first, and this case, parents hasn't been confronted, but the point still stands lol.

The missing key in all of this is communication, a lot in the part of MC and a bit on the mother. The mother has a bit of blame for not noticing that her other child, MC, has an inferiority complex towards his brother. MC is at fault also because he doesn't communicate this to his mother, leaving her in the dark on how he feels will only make it more hurtful.
