I think Noriko and Tetsu are still talking about Asuka in those panels
my theory is:
in the previous panel where Tetsu said "huh, what did you say?" he actually said "huh? what did she (Asuka) say?" or "huh? what is she (Asuka) talking about?"
and then in the first panel in question, Noriko is like conveying what Asuka might want to say to Tetsu, about how he came all the way there so that no men (insects) will preying on Kasumi
and then Tetsu said "nah, she (Asuka) doesn't call me out about things like that"
and then Noriko closed the remark with "even when there's another girl (in this case is Asuka), you still only cares about Kasumi"

but I think the current translation is ok

Ah that makes alot more sense, thank you so much! MTL strikes again, I must've removed the pronoun when cleaning it up...

I've fixed it now. Hopefully the panel conveys a bit more nuance regarding how Tetsu knows that something is up with Asuka.
